For anyone who ever wondered, a Free Chipotle Boo-rito is much better frozen for 2 days then heated in a 375 degree overn for an hour. The tortilla is crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside and all the ingredients of a Vegetarian Fajita Burrito are aged to perfection! Split 3 ways it is a feast (unless, of course, you are on the Thursday fasting team. Sorry guys.)

Hey there....just wondering if you have an update on Wes and Amanda's babies?
I'm from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (Sanctuary House of Prayer)and have heard about their story. I've been praying! Any news?

Arg. I wish I would have had your cooking advice 3 days ago when I could have gotten 6 extra chipotle burritos.

I've done the freeze and then microwave thing with no luck in the past so I gave everyone my 'words of wisdom' this year that it's not worth hitting up every Chipotle in the Greater Kansas City. Apparently I was wrong.

Yep - the conventional oven is the ticket. Some great things just take time. : )
