Psalm 46:5 -- this left me stunned and smiling at the same time. The leadership of Jesus is absolutely perfect, but it is so incredible mysterious. "God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn." JUST AT THE BREAK OF DAWN??? Wow. Just as the night is ending - the darkness is almost over - the dew is upon the land - the sun is about to break through -- this is when He saves Israel. And yet, she shall not be moved. Jerusalem is His choice. Zion is His holy mountain. Ohmygoodness. Why not just slay the enemy up front? Why even let the night descend? At the end of the day it's about voluntary lovers......that's His choice. Israel will choose Him. We will choose Him. The man from the tribe of Judah. And we will all be saved "just at the break of dawn". Stunning. I want to be there at that sunrise.
The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved; He uttered His voice, the earth melted. But Zion will not be moved.
The Lord of hosts is with us, the God of Jacob is our refuge. SELAH.

Kes... i love it. Another cool aspect of this is that when i was in the army you learn that the best time to come against the enemy is just before dawn... He is a great general and captian...
